1. Policy: The integrity and privacy of one's account in moodle must be respected. No one should access other account unless given the permission by the owner or the instructor.
Sanction: Anyone caught will immediately receive a grade of 5.00 from that subject and may be subject to any disciplinary action.

2. Policy: Any damages or loss of a unit/device used in computing, must be replace with a new one.
Sanction: Failed to do so will be given an INC remarked on the subject or may be subject to disciplinary action.
Like for example:
Microsoft office software can only be owned by single person, a man gives the copy of the licensed Microsoft office software to his friend which is prohibited. The friend is benefiting from the use of the Microsoft office software but for the Microsoft Corporation, it is something that is against their policy. This person must know what the consequences of pirating the software are and he must be ready for whatever sanctions he may receive from the corporation whenever caught.
If you are to practice just one type of the non-jural law for the entire existence of your life, what would it be and why?
Divine law, for me, will be the most important law to be practice in the entire existence of my life, it's because all other laws would fall under the divine law as it encompasses and governs not only human action but the whole universe as well. With this law, we will be guided to take the right path and we will be able to live divinely, morally, righteously, peacefully and happily.

According to the definition of ethics, it can be connected to the norms or custom of the society. What could be ethical to one could be unethical to another. If this is the case, in which ethics seem to be subjective in nature, why is there a need to study computer ethics at all.
We need to study computer ethics because it will refrain us from abusing and pirating others work. It will make us behave like professionals. It teaches us how to be responsible and how to use the available resources found on the internet. And yes, it may be subjective in nature and let us say , this such thing is not good to others but at least we know what our responsibilities are, what are the consequences in doing such things and to be aware in the proper usage of the resources on the internet.
